AVERLANCHE - Presents New Single From Upcoming Debut Album

Finnish-German female fronted melodic metal band Averlanche has released the second single, "Circus", from their upcoming debut album. The album was produced, mixed and mastered by Hiili Hiilesmaa who has worked with bands like HIM, Moonspell, Sentenced and Apocalyptica. It was recorded at Studio Watercastle by Arttu Sarvanne in fall 2019. More album informations will follow in the coming weeks.

Averlanche combines melodic metal, atmospheric poetry and beautiful, almost magical vocal melodies, to create a captivating and catchy sound that gets stucked into your head. Listen to "Circus" in the player below, and as well you can give a listen to previously released single "The Sounds Of Insomnia".

Averlanche's keyboardist Antti Kopra talks about the song: ""Circus" started to take it's form as I rediscovered an old melody I had written a long time ago. Originally it wasn't even meant to be on the album. Later on I got the idea to include a poem in the C-part and I knew I had to ask my friend to recite it for us. It ended up becoming the most beautiful part of the whole song and we all agreed that we have to release "Circus" as a single."

Averlanche's singer Rebecca comments: ""Circus" is one of my favorite songs on the album, because of the atmosphere it creates. The beautiful melodies take you into a magical world you'll never want to leave. When I heard Vicky recite the poem for the first time it brought tears to my eyes." Link
