THE ETERNAL - Mark Kelson Announced Solo-Album For Next Year

Mark Kelson, a musician, songwriter, guitarist, vocalist and producer from Melbourne (Australia), best known as a mastermind in band The Eternal and ex- member of Duncan Patterson's Alternative 4 has announced that he will begun with work on his first solo album which should be released in 2014. Here's what Mark stated on his Facebook page: "Hello Folks! So what's this all about? For those of you who know who I am, I have been touring and making albums for almost 20 years and I wanted to do something different. Over the next 6 months I intend to write, engineer and produce my first solo album in my studio Kelsonic Studios. I intend to play, write and craft the whole thing, for no other reason than to make music. There will be no heavy promotion, no big budgets, no anything. I will make the album as it comes to me, mix it, master it and release it on a bandcamp page, if you want it, download it. Pretty simple, music from me to you. I intend to make it the old school way - The length of a vinyl in the hope I can release it digitally and on vinyl. My initial idea is 2 songs - one per side in several parts, this may change but this is the idea! Anyway thanks for taking an interest - Mark."
