THOT – Release New Video For The Song Keepers

Vegetal noise music makers Thot have released a brand new video for the song ''Keepers'', which is featured on the band's latest album, The City That Disappears (you can read the review HERE). The video has been shot at the rooftop and performed live for this occasion. Grégoire Fray, Thot's heart and soul, stated on the new video: '' ''Keepers'' was the very last song I wrote for Thot's new album, just before starting the production process during the summer of 2013. Both lyrics and music came to me during a peaceful weekend evening, while all of my friends were partying. I had declined every offer as I realised I had to face the city on my own. Cut away from the festive mood. I had this deep impression of being crossed by everyone's feelings: their fear, their joy, their loneliness and dizziness of being part of this gigantic urban machine. I'm sure that you've already felt that kind of feeling at some point, when you wanna dive into what the city can offer you, but also take from you. Somehow, it can swallow your soul. This is what I've tried to express with "Keepers", and the idea of shooting a live music video on a city rooftop was, in my eyes, the perfect way to throw my words over these dozen souls. I hope that this song will light your summer up.'' You can enjoy the celestial visual and sonic journey through the live performance below. Link
