UK based doom metal duo Desolate Pathway have signed a record/distribution deal with Wormholedeath for the worldwide release of their albums Of Gods And Heroes (2017) and Valley Of The King (2014). Band stated: "Having been patient with finding the perfect label to sign with since forming, we at Desolate Pathway are absolutely thrilled to be joining the WormHoleDeath family and look forward to a long, happy and prosperous association for worldwide physical and digital distribution of our two albums, Valley Of The King and Of Gods And Heroes."
Of Gods And Heroes will be officially released as a digital release on 12th May in Europe and in USA on 7th July. Physical release will follow on 16th June. In the player below you can check out the lyric video for the track "Trojan War".
Desolate Pathway started out in May 2014 as a four piece founded by former Pagan Altar guitarist Vince Hempstead. Desolate Pathway plays epic traditional doom metal with lyrics about fantasy and myth based stories of quests, death, doom and destruction, within heavy riff based doom with NWOBHM influences. Over almost three years, with two albums and a single already under their belts, there have been several band member changes culminating in the present line up of Vince Hempstead (vocals/guitar 2014-present) and Mags (drums/backing vocals 2014-present).
