DRUG CULT - Debut Album Out In June, New Video Released

Australian alchemic/occult doom collective Drug Cult, who recently inked a record deal with Ritual Productions, now unveil a new video for the track "Serpent Therapy". The track is taken from Drug Cult's upcoming self-titled debut album which will be released on 1st June. "Serpent Therapy" summons you into Drug Cult's realm of mystic prowess, channelling our deep connection between the spiritual and natural world. Serpentine energy is known for being the vessel to this self-analysis, focused on releasing fears and displacing evil. Video was directed by Nat Collins, it's a hypnotic and bewitching imagery of the ceremonial relationship between spirit, self and nature transmuted into a psychedelic and transformative daze. Allow the cult to coil around your psyche and watch the full video in the player below.
The upcoming debut album ia a rite of 9-track vortex of majestic heaviness laced with an evocative psychedelic haze, whereby classic melodies meld with fuzz-drenched riffs cultivating an enticing potion of technicolour wickedness. Although a grooving heavyweight tone drives throughout the rite, a darkened presence is forever evident, hexing you into Drug Cult's realm.
