Italian outfit The National Orchestra Of The United Kingdom Of Goats will release the new album entitled Huntress on 24th August through UKoG Records. The band now presents a video-single "Beast" and you can hear and watch it in the player below.
The band has formed to cure the pain and darkness from all the lost souls that mindlessly roam this world. These four heroes have set out to tell the one true story. The one story that will save a great many and destroy the ones already far beyond redemption. Close all doors, light a candle - and kill the ones in charge.... The band was founded in the Italian province of South Tyrol at the end of 2009 already. Huntress is the band's third album and will be released on 24th August. The band's music genre is a mixture of dark progressive rock, new art rock and pop. The band describes their style as "symphonic grind pop". Reviews spoke about similarities to bands like Muse, Pink Floyd, Crippled Black Phoenix, Oceansize, Porcupine Tree, Amplifier, Gazpacho, Sigur Ros, Aerogramm, Tool, Anathema and Radiohead. The lyrics tell stories from the fictional Kolepta. Each album continues the plot and tells another part of the saga. The band members themselves are also part of this story. They perform with masks and individual face paint and are called "The Insane", "The Coachman", "The Admiral" and "The Seer". From time to time accompanying texts are published on their website that complements the lyrics of the songs as well as a comic mag. Link
