Georgia (USA) based post-black/blackgaze act Wounds Of Recollection will release on the 15th of December via Flowing Downward the ninth full-length entitled Deathbed. Sole member, Annos, has been putting out an album every year since 2014, and Deathbed continues the post-black/blackgaze tradition. Wounds Of Recollection has come a long way in perfecting a unique spin on the subgenre, incorporating an array of veiny atmospheric guitar work reminiscent of early 90s shoegaze masters (My Bloody Valentine, Ride), along with the aggression, intensity, and raspy iciness of groups like Deafheaven, and An Autumn For Crippled Children.
