Following the announcement of the new EP Inner Weapons, out on 22 April, the Carpet Waves post-punk quartet shares a powerful new music video with a stark message for their first recently released single "Biography".

The band comments: "The music video breaks with the usual conditions: images of idols and celebrities are first worshipped in ecstasy until, in the course of the song, they are destroyed, spat on and smashed in an act of ecstasy and catharsis - until we recognise ourselves again."
