The latest chapter, 2148, in the Sabled Sun sci-fi dark ambient series has released on Cryo Chamber. 2148 takes the Sabled Sun story through the fourth year in the life of its sick and weary protagonist. 2148 keeps up the energy of the series and takes the listener to some brilliant and surprising places. Cryo Chamber says about the album, "The album starts with our protagonist finding The Ark. It takes us through robot filled chasms, overgrown laboratories, uplink stations and deteriorated civilization. Field recordings combine with distant piano and dusty strings.
