The Terra Relicta' annual competition for best dark music album of the year is over! This was already our seventh edition of TERRA RELICTA DARK MUSIC AWARDS!!! A big Thank You to all who voted for your favourite bands/albums and made this competition so popular! Also a big thank you to all bands who promoted the Awards in many possible ways! As you know, we nominated 50 full-length albums that we think were the best releases in 2020 (ok, we could have selected 100 or maybe even 200 albums, we know that a lot of good albums were missing here, but there must be a limit). The voting started on Monday 1st February and ended on Monday 15th February. There were 3094 votes given, and never before the results on the top were so close that until the very last hours of the voting is was impossible to know who will be the winner. So, here are the results:

The title of Dark Album Of The Year 2020 goes to:
SNAKESKIN - Medusa's Spell

Congratulations also to Swedish gothic/doom metallers DRACONIAN and their amazing album Under A Godless Veil for second place and Slovenian dark metallers DEATHOMEN who with their debut album Above Holy Ground reached the third position!!! Congratulations also to all other bands who fought really well. The full results are listed below.
