WHEN NOTHING REMAINS - Inked A Deal With Black Lion Records, New Album Out In Early 2018

Swedish atmospheric doom/death band When Nothing Remains has signed a record deal with Black Lion Records. When Nothing Remains contain members from bands like Nox Aurea, Draconian, Doom: VS, The Cold Existence, Rimfrost, Grá,... The band stands for melodic compositions decorated with catchy guitar solos and atmospheric keybords, with a harmonious blend of clean vocals and growl. The idea of When Nothing Remains was born in late 2010 when Jan Sallander from Nox Aurea, The Cold Existence and Peter Laustsen from Draconian, Nox Aurea, Rimfrost wanted to create something very dark and emotional. In the beginning of 2011 Jonas Toxen was added as a session for the drum duties and Johan Ericson (Draconian, Doom: VS) to handle the clean vocals, mixing and mastering. First album titled As All Torn Asunder was released March 2012 on Russian label Solitude Production.
Since some time now the band is working on finishing up their fourth album for early 2018 release. The album will be released via Black Lion Records in Europe/USA /Asia, and Solitude Productions will have the rights to release their version on their part of the world. The rest of the world is strictly reserved for Black Lion Records.
Black Lion Records commented: "We are confident that this will be their strongest album to date, with a guest member on violin, nobody else than Shaun MacGowan from My Dying Bride, we look forward to a new year of pure exciting everlasting Doom."
When Nothing Remains has been kind enough to present us with a small glimpse of samples from their upcoming record that can be heard inn the player below. Tour dates and much more will be announced in connection to the new album release. Link
