CODE - Reveals The Second Track From The New Album

Code released a new track from its fifth full-length Flyblown Prince, which will hit the streets on 4 June in CD and digital formats, with the vinyl version following on the 2 July - all through Dark Essence Records. Code has created what is possibly the most intense and extreme album of their long and respected career, which started out in London in 2002, and which has seen the band plough their own individual furrow. One that eschews categorisation, and which has led to Code gaining a large, and dedicated, worldwide following. Flyblown Prince is very much a progressive album, both musically and technically, and one the likes of which hasn't been heard in years.  It is a perverse fairy tale of an album that guides its listeners through the twists and turns of a dark and ghoulish nightmare fantasy of cinematic proportions via an ever-shifting soundscape of moods and violent aggression. "Rat King" is perhaps more familiar territory for Code's fans than "The Mad White Hair", which was released first, and you can check it in the player below. Link
