French avant-garde project XCIII led by Guillaume Beringer has signed a record deal with My Kingdom Music. Avant-garde music, prog-rock, coldwave, warm female voices is what you are going to experience with the new album. In its desire of experimenting, XCIII transports the listeners into a dreamy, hypnotic soundscape thanks to its disturbing atmospheric voluptuousness that find its musical references in bands like Ulver, Puscifer, Porcupine Tree, Anathema, and similar. The upcoming album will be mastered by Steve Kitch from The Pineapple Thief (already at work with Opeth and the same The Pineapple Thief) and will be released in January 2022: a timelapse of an irreversible experience and the consequences that imply.
