TERRA RELICTA DARK MUSIC AWARDS 2024

The Terra Relicta competition for the best dark music album of 2024 has concluded! The winning album of the eleventh Terra Relicta Dark Music Awards was chosen - by you, our dedicated voters. Thank you for voting and making this competition not only valid but also popular! Special thanks to the nominated musicians and bands who promoted the Terra Relicta Dark Music Awards 2024 in any way.

As with every year, we nominated 50 albums that we believed were the best of 2024, although it was not easy to choose from so many outstanding releases. Voting began on Monday, 20 January, and concluded on Sunday, 2 February, with a record-breaking 4,191 votes cast.

The top ten nominees more or less maintained their positions throughout the fourteen days of voting, while Dero Goi and Solar Fake alternated at the top.

The title Dark Album Of The Year 2024 goes to:

Congratulations also to the second-placed German dark electro/synthpop powerhouse SOLAR FAKE for Don't Push This Button! and third-placed legends THE CURE for Songs Of A Lost World.
