A new force emerges from the shadows of the dark music underground. Devihated, a freshly formed industrial, gothic and horror metal project featuring Sonya Scarlet, the iconic voice of Theatres Des Vampires, and multi-instrumentalist Faz (Semifer, Theatrum Mentis), has unveiled their debut single and accompanying video, "Second Voice."

Blending industrial and alternative metal with haunting electronic textures, Devihated venture deep into the darkest reaches of the human psyche. Their debut offering explores themes of fear, obsession and the disturbing inner voices that threaten to seize control. "Second Voice" serves as the opening chapter in a descent into the abyss of our deepest anxieties, marking the beginning of a journey from which there is no return.

At the forefront stands Sonya Scarlet, whose unmistakable voice and commanding presence have helped establish Theatres Des Vampires as one of gothic metal's most enduring acts. Throughout her career, she has led the band across ten internationally released studio albums through labels including Plastic Head, Aural Music and Scarlet Records, while performing extensively throughout Europe, South America and beyond.

The music behind Devihated is crafted by Faz, a musician known for his work with black metal project Semifer and dark ambient outfit Theatrum Mentis. Beyond composing and arranging the material, Faz also shapes the project's visual identity, drawing upon his professional experience as a photographer and graphic designer to create a fully immersive artistic vision.

"Second Voice" was recorded and produced by Christian Ice at Temple Of Noise Studios in Rome. Known for his work with Nanowar Of Steel, Theatres Des Vampires, Aborym and Prophilax, Ice also handled the single's mixing and mastering, completing the track's powerful and cinematic sonic landscape.

With its fusion of crushing metal riffs, industrial atmospherics and psychological horror, "Second Voice" offers a compelling first glimpse into Devihated's dark and unsettling world, establishing the project as one to watch within the contemporary gothic and industrial metal scene. Link
