German industrial metal quartet Devil‑M return on 30 November with their new album Titanomachie, a ferocious reimagining of Greek mythology dedicated entirely to the Titans. Kronos, Gyges, Iapetus and their kin rise to wreak havoc: gods perish, Olympus crumbles, and any notion of a happy ending is banished from the outset. The taste comes with the single and video “Olympus Ardet”, now available to stream.

Conceived as a cohesive narrative, Titanomachie tells the story of the Titans’ vengeance and downfall. The concept has been expanded into both a short story and an audiobook, with an illustrated artbook edition planned as a strictly limited release. Questions of Hades’ justice, the role of the Cyclopean children, and the Chimaera’s link to Zeus’ demise are left for listeners to unravel themselves.

Musically, Devil‑M deliver crushing guitar riffs, relentless drums, and sweeping soundtrack‑like atmospheres, setting themselves apart from the conventions of Deutschrock or NDH. This is industrial metal in its purest form. With mixing by Elmar Schmidt (Centhron) and mastering by Kristof Bathory (Dawn Of Ashes), the album achieves a dense, uncompromising sound. The earlier single "Komplex" signalled the band’s uncompromising intent, and "Olympus Ardet" drives the point home—brutal noise samples colliding with Astharat’s distinctive screams to conjure a thunderstorm straight from Hades.

Following their joint tour with industrial icons Psyclon Nine last year, Devil‑M are preparing to bring Titanomachie to the stage with more shows planned for 2026. Link
