Portuguese epic atmospheric black metal duo Forgotten Winter is celebrating 20 years of activity, and is happy to announce a new album entitled Lucífugo. The album will be released via Loudriver Records on 31 July. Trobador (Omitir) and Eremita (Efémero) are reborn from the ashes for an intriguing narrative fourth opus called Lucífugo that will see the black light this summer.
After nine years since the acclaimed album Vinda released in 2015, Forgotten Winter brings us Lucífugo, a more aggressive breath of symphonic black metal, but never leaving its epic and atmospheric roots. The first track "Sentinela Na Masmorra" is now available for streaming. Recommended to fans of Summoning, Limbonic Art, Windir, Bathory, Burzum, Omitir, and Efémero. Link
