German one-man project Happy In Decay, whose mission is to deliver human-made industrial music (and noise) to accompany maniacs and mentally ill individuals, while the world is falling apart - a soundscape for a dying world - perfect while doomscrolling through the social media of your choice or burning down the house of your favourite politician. In this godless world full of hate and bigotry. Digital noise, cold synths, and distorted guitars can deliver some comfort. The new EP, No God, No Master, is a reaction to the Western world drifting into a bad parody of a dystopia. While the rich get richer, eating the poor. While greedy corporations burn down the rest of our planet, and ratcatchers use the despair of the masses to shift democracy further towards the breaking point. The future has become a nightmare, and the past a place of false comfort. No God, No Master.
The new EP will be released on 31 October, with its first track, "Rat Meat Machine", dropping on 19 September. Link
