Czech avant-garde post-metal band Heiden have shared a new video single, "Temnoplodec" (English "Darkbearer"), a rejected existence trapped in body and time. The video was filmed in the misty forests of the Vysočina region, with the help of our friend and former bassist of Heiden, Dalias Qelhma.
"Temnoplodec" is the first unveiled track from the band's upcoming album Cma, scheduled for release on 24 April via Epidemie Records, and with which Heiden announce the darkest chapter of their career to date. A layered, shadow-drenched mass, like ash from burned-down homes absorbed by the Carpathian mountains. Cma follows the band's 2022 release Andzjel, yet pushes deeper into a more ominous and monumental evolution of Heiden's sound. The album delivers a glimpse into a world where nothing matters anymore. An irreversible, ever-intensifying cycle of bleak thoughts and events, with you at its very core. Link
