Industrial metallers King Satan are proud to announce their brand-new album, Black Magick Abraxas, set to surface on 6 November via Blood Blast Distribution. To mark the occasion, the band have shared a new video single, "Light Of Darkness".
Frontman King Aleister Satan comments: "'Light Of Darkness' is industrial metal to the people who don't like industrial metal. This song is probably not even industrial metal at all, like half of our songs are not. But that's not important. What is important is that it has blast beats and disco beats mixed together. We are a nightmare for anyone trying to categorise our music. Alas, we make music to be listened to, not categorised. Here you hear influences from symphonic metal, classical music, and religious hymns, tied together with rocking industrial metal (which is not even industrial metal) that you can mosh and/or dance to. 'Makes no sense?' Neither does the music video I directed for the song, or the bathing suit on Donald Duck. But we can understand both on some deeper level, forgotten by modern society and/or decency, if we just give ourselves permission. Viva Lucifer!"
King Satan have recently released their first special new single, "Black Magick Rock 'N' Roll", featuring Erja Lyytinen, one of Finland's most esteemed rock guitarists. The track merges the worlds of industrial metal and rock into a high‑octane crossover built for dancefloors, mosh pits, and 2 a.m. kitchen discos. You can revisit it HERE. Link
