Following "The Mind Machine", released past September, Belgium's Mi6 return with their second single, "Echoes Of The Red Dawn Call".

The track evokes East Berlin in the 1980s, on the cusp of the fall of the Wall, with a few lyrical nods to David Bowie woven in for good measure. It was recorded and mixed by Jack Gallows at Studio Canala10 in Hautrage.

Mi6 will release their five-track EP in April on both CD and vinyl, with a full-length album expected to be completed by December.

The band will also perform live on Saturday, 11 April, at Drink Drink (Brussels) during Two Four Three: the next generation festival, sharing the stage with Parade Ground (B), Krieg B (B), Extra Bleu Ciel (CH), Badtime (NL/B), and Misty's Dark Sound (DJ).

Formed by Richard Belgium (vocals), JHell Berge (guitars), and Dominique Nuydt (bass, programming, synths), Mi6 is a band rooted in the past yet firmly grounded in the present. With Misty joining on backing vocals, the group draws its inspiration from the post‑punk and new wave movements that shaped the late seventies and eighties. Each member brings decades of experience from acclaimed acts including Gabba Lovers, Skin Deep, and Factheory, forging a sound that feels both familiar and strikingly fresh. Link
