Nytt Land mark the launch of their forthcoming Asian Tour 2025 (see below for all currently confirmed live dates) with the release of a cover version of "Shinzou wo Sasageyo!", the third opening theme from one of the world's most celebrated Japanese manga and anime series, Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人 – Shingeki no Kyojin, "The Advancing Giant(s)").
The post‑apocalyptic dark fantasy and horror series Attack on Titan was written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, running from 2009 until 2021. Its acclaimed television adaptation aired between 2013 and 2023, initially animated by Wit Studio before MAPPA took over for the final fourth season.
The third opening track, "Shinzō wo Sasageyo!", was created by Japanese band Linked Horizon and released in 2017, building on themes first introduced in their 2013 score "Guren no Yumiya". Nytt Land have lovingly re‑imagined this piece in their distinctive Siberian musical language. Issued as a standalone digital single, it is not connected to the duo's forthcoming album Aba Khan, which is scheduled for release on 20 February 2026 via Prophecy Productions.
Nytt Land's Anatoly Pakhalenko comments: "The song 'Shinzou wo Sasageyo!' was written as the third opening soundtrack of one of the most famous anime series in history, Attack on Titan, and released in May 2017. This series tells a harrowing story about a world living in constant fear and about the heroes who came out to fight it. This feeling of an all permeating fear has become something of a revelation for us. We intent this tribute version as a sign of our great respect for the creators and authors of both the series and this anthem, to which we dedicate this cover from the bottom of our hearts! And although it is a Japanese series, we would also like to see it as a sign of respect towards all of our friends in Asia, whom we hope to meet on tour soon!" Link
