The new single, like the first one, "The In-Between Was A Fever Dream", further shows Of The Muses' clear distancing from black metal.
With "Pilgrimage", Cristina Rombi, proves her point, searching and finding new ways to sound like herself by uncovering the deeper, primal layers of her musical identity, and refusing to be called as a "black metal one-woman band" anymore.
