Industrial glam provocateur Raymond Watts and his long‑time songwriting partner Jim Davies (ex‑Prodigy, Pitchshifter) have revealed the next monstrous chapter in the ever‑mutating PIG saga. Their new full‑length album, Hurt People Hurt, is officially on the way — a ten‑track beast set to be released into the world on 22 May 2026 via Metropolis Records.
To mark the announcement, PIG have unveiled the album’s first single and video, “Tosca’s Kiss”. Drawing from Watts’ well‑documented love of opera, the track is a decadent slice of industrial theatre — visceral, dramatic, and absolutely not for the faint of heart. The accompanying video, directed by E Gabriel Edvy of Blackswitch Labs, amplifies the song’s grotesque beauty and can be viewed below.
With Hurt People Hurt, Watts and Davies follow the dirt straight to the dustcart, crafting a sonic refuge where misfits, sinners, and beautifully broken souls can lose — and perhaps rediscover — themselves. This is PIG at their most indulgent: a full‑fat feast of ecstasy, razor‑edged words, and towering industrial swagger.
Plucked and sucked from the fruits of pain and bliss, the album offers a rare lightness within its darkness — a place where bruised spirits can enter and emerge transformed. As always, PIG invite listeners to step inside willingly… but no one leaves quite the same. Link
