French darkwave/synthpop act Pure Obsessions & Red Nights has unveiled its latest single, "Ghostly Queen". The track offers a preview of the upcoming album, blending elements of darkwave and synthpop with post-punk and gothic undertones.

Philippe Deschemin, the creative force behind the project, shares his thoughts on the release: "The saga of Mr. Strangler continues with 'Ghostly Queen', marking the third chapter of the Night Trilogy and setting the stage for our next album. I wanted to capture the essence of the '80s using vintage equipment and evoke the era's unmistakable vibe, drawing inspiration from legends like Depeche Mode and The Cure. In this track, we witness Sadie meeting Mr. Strangler for the first time, seeking a new beginning".

Pure Obsessions & Red Nights will embark on a European tour to celebrate the release of the third and latest album in the Night Trilogy. The dates for the Nightbreed Tour 2025 will be announced soon, with planned stops in Paris, Hamburg, Barcelona, and Bologna. Fans of 80s darkwave, gothic rock, industrial, and synthpop won't want to miss it. Link
