French neo/dark folk one-man project Wÿntër Ärvn has set 7 March as the release date for its third album, Sous L'Orage Noir - L'Astre et la Chute, which will come out via Antiq.

Wÿntër Ärvn was founded in 2017 by Wÿntër Ärvn (Hardiesse, Vintergeist, ex-Aorlhac, ex-Belore). Strong after the success of the two first albums, Au Devant du Gouffre (2018) and Abysses (2018), Wÿntër Ärvn is back with Sous L'Orage Noir - L'Astre et la Chute in 2025. The project's spirit is to breathe the essence of the 90s/2000s black metal, which inspired the musician towards acoustic and introspective dark music.

Nostalgia, rage, bitterness, and inner struggles are many feelings and states of the soul that can be heard in Wÿntër Ärvn and take life in the eight songs of this opus, his most personal. Darker, with sorrow and absolute sincerity, Sous L'Orage Noir - L'Astre et la Chute is a journey into the artist's consciousness, from anguish to melancholy, with nostalgic looks to the past and a surviving hope. Once again, many actors of the black metal scene appear on the album.

Wÿntër Ärvn has also presented the first upcoming album's track, "Ad Versperam". Link
