Mexican act CNJR who fuses retro synthesizers, dark cinematic science fiction themes, post-rock, electronic music, IDM, synthwave, darkwave, downtempo, instrumental hip-hop, indie electronic, witch house, and various other influences, has released two new singles with accompanying videos.
"NST" and "SNC" is the second set of singles from the upcoming debut album from CNJR (titled WSTLND). "NST" is a heavy, dark, head nod that builds into a retro synth driven voyage. "SNC" is a laid back cinematic song, casual in its pace but with an epic feel. Fusing organic layers of guitars with synths, bass, and electronic elements give "NST" / "SNC" a unique palette you'd find in a sci-fi trailer or a video game.
WSTLND, the debut album from CNJR is coming on 7th June via Future Archive Recordings. Exploring the struggle to survive the human experience, the complexities of mental health and depression, and the alienation of being queer.
