Lithuania based pagan dark ambient act Vėlių Namai just released a new video for a new track named "Paskandos". The track is the first revealed from Vėlių Namai's upcoming, yet unnamed album, which will be released in the beginning of 2021. The track shows a versatile nature of this one-man band, this time with an eclectic mystical mix of ambient, pagan, neo-folk, industrial and horror soundscapes. Video was directed by Vėlių Namai mastermind Julius Mite and you can watch it in the player below.
Julius comments: "This video is about a mythological bird that sings before a storm happens. The birds song makes up most of the sound of the song. In real life, when it passes by it sounds like a goat in the sky. The video was shot around Lithuania in various sacred locations, ancient burial sites and rivers. The video also marks the first time that the instrument "Kanklės" is used in VN music. However, it is played in an unconventional way." Link
