One of the Germany's most promising neo-folk artists, Vrîmuot, signed a record deal with Auerbach Tonträger, a sublabel of Prophecy Productions. The first album entiled O Tempora, O Mores! is now set to be released on 25th September. On this occasion the first single and official video "Nymphaea Alba" has been released.
Vrîmuot (Middle High German for "candour") from the fabled Teutoburg Forest, Germany, was founded in 2019 by composer, multi-instrumentalist and singer T.S. and infuses fresh blood into the time-honored body of neofolk. Describing his venture as "mythopoeic darkfolk", T.S. wields his metaphorical heft to cathartic effect, conveying a positive message. It is only through self-reflection that we transcend mundane existence, lighting a flame that strengthens and warms us. A flame of hope. An eternal flame.
Auerbach/Prophecy are jolly over the addition of one of the most profound and artistically compelling new neofolk artists to their label roster, and so is Vrîmuot's T.S.: "I am proud to inform you of my signing with the sincere label Auerbach Tonträger/Prophecy Productions.
