Slovenian one-man electronic/symphonic/metal hybrid Neurotech, who we thought is dead and buried, seems to be alive again. Now Unreleased Demos (2011 - 2016) is out and mastermind Wulf announces that a new album is in the making and it'll be released in early 2021.
Composer and producer Wulf, after eight released albums, has put Neurotech on hold in 2017 and soon after started his trance/futurepop project NeuroWulf and this year he came out with ambient/atmospheric creation NeuroAxis, which released the amazing album The Lockdown Sessions earlier this year and you can get it at this location.
Wulf comments: "New Neurotech album in 2021. Yes, you've read that correctly. For the past few years of working on my trance alias NeuroWulf and especially with this year's ambient project NeuroAxis gave me the necessary distance to gain a fresh perspective on the metal genre. I've spent the majority of this chaotic and weird 2020 making all kinds of demos and songs, some of which can be heard in two NeuroAxis albums (the second is in its final stages and is coming out this October) and among those experimentations, the fuse was lit. All three Neuros will be operational from now on because I love creating the quiet and introspective world of NeuroAxis, catchy dancefloor friendly beats of NeuroWulf, and reignited atmospheric heavy epicness of Neurotech. Coming in 2021. I will be sharing lots of videos and documenting the progress of all three projects and many other things on my relaunched Patreon page."
The new release of Neurotech, Unreleased Demos (2011 - 2016), is from today on available as "name your price" digital download over at Bandcamp, but as well you can hear the entire thing in the player below. Link
