ANGSTSKRÍG - Announces Debut Album, First Track And Video Unveiled

The mysterious Danish black'n'roll duo Angstskríg will release their debut album entitled Skyggespil via Despotz Records in 2021. In advance of its release, today the band unveils first single, "Lucifer Kalder", featuring a guest appearance by Frédéric Leclercq (DragonForce, Kreator) for public feasting.

Imagine a blackened sound that claws at your very soul; a powerful, intense, swirling mass of energy emanating from your speakers, like the coming of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse heralding the end of the world. Except there's only two of them, and they hail from Denmark. Angstskríg are a secretive pair, shrouded in secrecy, who protect their anonymity fiercely, but they're already able to boast a number of powerful allies from already established metal icons.

Angstskríg's debut single "Lucifer Kalder" ("Lucifer Is Calling") matches a dark beating heart with a rock'n'roll edge that at once echoes the ghosts of those that have come before whilst equally demonstrating a clear vision of what is to come.

Comments Angstskríg of the track: "Musically "Lucifer Kalder" is the most upbeat and festive song on Skyggespil with a magnifique solo by Fred Leclercq and since it's about the Dark Lord, the lyrical theme is pretty festive too."

Further info on Angstskríg and Skyggespil will be revealed in the weeks to come. Listen now and watch the video for "Lucifer Kalder" in the player below. Link
