Greek one-man dark metal project The Sullen has a gift for this holiday season, an amazing cover of Wardruna's song "Raido". Petros comments: "This is a tribute to one my favourite artists. Wardruna's music is always an inspiration and every time I listen to their music it always touches my heart in a unique way. Many thanks to Giota Rekka for helping with the female vocal parts!"
Formed out of the ashes of his previous band Final Words Of Sorrow, The Sullen was created by Petros "Elathan" Petalas in Athens, in the fall of 2018. Its musical path is an alloy of gothic/black metal with melodic doom elements, under the aegis of Tribulation, Paradise Lost, Primordial and the prime Rotting Christ era. The Sullen released its debut three track EP Rituals Of Death on 25th May this year (you can read the review over HERE), and we expect more music from this great Greek newcomer in 2021.
