Ukrainian satanic black metal band Elderblood released "Virgin Land Plowed Over By Death", the first single/lyric video from the upcoming Achrony album. The third full-length album of Elderblood will be released on 9 July via Drakkar Productions and independently in digital format. The song as well the video follows the main album ideas and reveals the dark stories of religious obscurantism, ideologies, and sects of different times. "The main line of the song refers to the old ritual of "death plowing". In the Russian Christian villages, it often turned into a bloody procession, which killed everything that met on its way. The song also mentions such sects as khlysty and skoptsy and other manifestations of religious obscurantism", the band tells.
Elderblood is a supreme satanic black metal act from Kharkiv, created in 2011 by Astargh. The first studio album Son Of The Morning was released in 2013 via Paragon Records.
