INSECTARIUM - Releases A New Music Video

The USA based musical project Insectarium released a new music video for the track "Hagridden" on 30 July. The song is a part of the Terra Relicta Sleep Of Morpheus Spell compilation, released on 21 June.

Insectarium is dark ambient soundscapes and soundtracks composed by Joel Hinkle and boasting with wide discography, available also on Bandcamp.

An insectarium is a place for keeping, breeding, or observing living insects. A place in which a collection of living insects is kept. A body as it rots. Or as Joel Hinkle states regarding his musical project Insectarium: "Honor your dead as you bury them! Pray for the soul so it may be found. Forget not the shell, once was him, filled with feeding that now abounds! Dissolve, dissolve useless shell! A hive of life now fills your remains. The activity inside has made you swell as the flesh departs the insect now reigns"!

And here is what Joel has to say about the "Hagridden" track, which is now accompanied by a hypnotic video, that awaits you below: "There have been several spirits visiting the home over the past year. One female spirit visits at night before we sleep or when we wake during the night. I began to imagine what if this spirit sang to me as I laid there. Was there a forgotten song from her childhood she would try to sing? I know her delicate voice would no longer be able to hold the tune. The track "Hagridden" was born from this, and I thought it would be a perfect fit for Terra Relicata's compilation Sleep Of Morpheus Spell." Link
