French darkwave/synthwave project Pure Obsessions & Red Nights has released a new EP, She Knows Me, a fusion of darkwave and synthpop - with disco grooves and gothic vibes.
Philippe Deschemin, the mastermind behind the project, says: "I am glad to share with you my new EP. She Knows Me is not part of the Night Trilogy but can be seen as a spin-off of the adventures of Mr Strangler! I used typical 80s gear to produce these four songs, like the iconic LinnDrum used by so many great artists. From Mickael Jackson to Phil Collins and Depeche Mode, Tears For Fears, Killing Joke... I wanted to get closer to those 80s vibes and grooves I love".
