Brazilian shoegazers Céus de Abril just released their debut EP entitled Último Adeus via the São Paulo based label The Blog That Celebrates Itself. The bands creation was inspired by the famous song, "April Skies", from the seminal Jesus & Mary Chain album and five years ago began their history. Obvious connections and references to the classic shoegaze, read MBV and Slowdive ally the new generation of gazers as Ringo Deathstarr, Asalto Al Parque Zoo and Heaviness, the couple Wilson Alencar (guitars and vocals), Stefany Martins (synthesizer and vocals) and Renato Araujo (bass) form the band, which as peculiar characteristic, composes their songs in Portuguese generating nuances differentiated style, bringing a subtle sound duh other powerful melodies and lyrics that refer to the private universe of the band, all four tracks composed by Wilson and Stefany.
