Brazilian post black metallers Shyy are working on their new album which will be released in the second half of 2016. Recently the band released a new demo with two new songs – "Desfalecer" (Faint) and "Afogar-se" (Drown). Unlike their previous songs, these two are sang in Portuguese and were produced by its members at Duna Studio in São Paulo.
The band was formed back in 2007 in the city of São Paulo (Brazil) as a project by members of doom metal Abske Fides - Fred, Marcos and Eduardo. In 2015, after another 3 years, Shyy started up activities again, this time preparing a full-length with 9 or 10 songs. Now the band has a new line-up, Eduardo left and Kiko (guitar) and Paulo (drum) joined bringing new air. Kiko is also musical producer and has a long experience with its others projects like Reiketsu (neocrust/post-metal), Plague Rages (grindcore) and many others. Paulo played in death/grindcore bands like Corporate Death and Horns Of Venus. Their Demo 2016 can be found on Bandcamp. Listen to the track "Desfalecer" in the player below. Link
