BULLET HEIGHT - Releases New Single Featuring Remix By DJ Hyper

Berlin based electronic-rock duo Bullet Height, featuring Sammi Doll of IAMX and Jon Courtney of Pure Reason Revolution, have released an electronica remix by DJ Hyper for their new single, “Hold Together”, out now via Superball Music. The full single is available on all digital platforms including iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and more, and features “Hold Together,” the DJ Hyper remix, and another remix of the track by Texan producer ArtVersusIndustry.
“When I was sent the Bullet Height material, I knew this was a band whose music made sense to me”, comments DJ Hyper on working with Bullet Height. “It’s exactly the sort of music I would choose to listen to and the ideas for the remix came thick and fast. I’ve aimed to counterpoint beautiful melody with aggression and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s one of my favourite remixes of recent years.”
The band added: “Hyper makes brooding electronic beasts – anyone that’s not heard the albums Lies or Bully absolutely needs to! When the remix came back we were blown away – it struck the perfect tone and vibe. There’s already been talk of a collaboration on his upcoming material, which we’re super excited about.”
Bullet Height recently released the official video for "Hold Together", filmed on location in Berlin by director and long-time artistic collaborator Valquire Veljkovic. The new track shows yet another side to the increasingly apparent songwriting talents of band members, pulling in the heavier elements in the likes of Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode and The Prodigy, and blending them with the hard techno sounds of Gesaffelstein, Gatekeeper, and the brooding, sexual underbelly of Berlin’s macabre underground dance music scene. Video was recently posted over HERE. In the player below you can watch a mini documentary exploring the group’s formation and their Berlin base. Link
