London based post-punk duo The Agnes Circle will release on 16th November their debut album entitled Some Vague Desire. The album will be out through Avant! Records. The band in their songs draws elements of English post-punk and French cold wave. Their first full length Some Vague Desire features eight new songs that combine angular guitars with lush and driven bass lines the two envelope their sound together with hypnotic rhythms and melodic croons.
The band formed in 2015 when LA native Florian arrived in London in 2015 via Brooklyn. He instantly met Rachael and the two immediately began writing and recording together in a make shift home studio in North London. The Agnes Circle released their debut EP titled Modern Idea in June 2015 and you can get it at their Bandcamp page. Link
