AYIN ALEPH - Comes Back With Her First Short Film, Working On Third Album

Ayin Aleph prepares to release her third album next spring, along with the short film 'More Than Love'. Installed in Hollywood, but having grown up in Europe, Ayin Aleph proposes a universe that oscillates between classical music and powerful metal, while combining altogether baroque influences and romantic music. Through provocative lyrics, captivating melodies and fiery rhythmic passages, Ayin Aleph redefines the preconceived ideas that can be made of a pop, rock or metal artist. Indeed, extravagantly dusting the baroque style to offer a contemporary and timeless version, Ayin managed to create a musical genre in her image: unique, passionate and inspired. Her latest single and video clip named "Crystal Bell" was recently released, produced by Elliptic Entertainment last June. Shot in Los Angeles for three consecutive days, the video was directed with the help of three different directors/filmmakers. Listen and watch it in the player below.

Overflowing with energy and creativity, she comes back to us today with 'More Than Love', a short musical film she wrote the script. Filming began last September. This is her first completely personal achievement as a director. Co-produced by Elliptic Entertainment and Ayin Aleph herself, we will find all the characteristics of the artist's universe. Indeed Ayin Aleph considers her work video (and soon cinematographic) as important as her music. Her videos are marked by an aesthetic contrast between classical references (theater, antiquity, baroque painting and cinema) and a personal sense of fantasy based on mysticism and tragedy. This paradox between glamor and supernatural is a modern approach of the Baroque. 'More Than Love' is also announcing a third album. Planned for next spring this new work is described as "the illegitimate child of J.S Bach and Freddie Mercury who would have married Danny Elfman and who would have a torrid connection with Pantera". Case to follow very soon. Link
