Hidden By Ivy, the melancholic and atmospheric art pop Polish duo will release on 24th March a successor to their acclaimed debut album Acedia, which was released in 2015. The new album is entitled Beyond and will be released through Alchera Visions. The two members, Rafal Tomaszczuk (Agonised By Love) and instrumentalist Andrzej Turaj (God's Own Medicine) did all the work for the album by themselves, only mix and mastering was done by Mariusz Piętka, and graphic design by Małgorzata Masłowiecka. The album consists of 9 songs, it features a guest female vocalist Baśnia Lipińska on the song "Different World". Hidden By Ivy's musicial style is difficult to categorise. It's a mix of post rock, new wave, ambient, pop, darkwave, gothic rock and jazz. Three of the songs from Beyond are already available for streaming and you can hear them in the player below. Link
