German black/doom entity The Ruins Of Beverast are about to release a new album entitled Exuvia on 5th May via Ván Records. After the amazing EP released in January, Takitum Tootem!, which already showed what we can expect in the future, now The Ruins Of Beverast presents one of their darkest, most elaborate and ambiental records to date.
About the album title the band explained: "Exuvia is a vessel of constipated lethal bacteria, loading an atonic fluid, a venomous substance of colours, a marsh of florescence. It is a fortress against a siege machine of spiritless organisms and so much a yell to nature's cleansing spirits." Tracklist and front cover artwork are below. Link
