I, Symptom, the Hungarian dark electronic rock act, released a brand new track named "OOO". I, Symptom was founded in 2013 by Balázs Söptei (vocals, guitars, programming) and is now joined by Bálint Jankó (synths, keyboards, machinery). I, Symptom is working now on a new album, but the things are not simple, I, Symptom decided to let the audience decide which songs are strong enough to be on the album, and filter out the fillers. The news is that some candidate songs have been published on Bandcamp, for listening and rating. The collection of songs found on Bandcamp is very dynamic, and as soon as a new track is made is put in there.
Balázs Söptei comments: "These works totally represent a plot twist in my life, that could happen to anyone, so they are honest, raw, and relevant. And most importantly, you can be a part of creating the album. Beside that, I'm looking for other artists who create digital art, remixes, videos, write poems and/or short stories for the new album, because it is going to be a multimedia/art treasure box."
Balázs also explained a few other important things behind the project I, Symptom: "Briefly, I, Symptom is an electronic rock and roll outlaw. I create a fusion of styles that does not fit any so-called genres. After having experienced that other people lose their motivation in music, which leads to the destruction of wonderful and promising bands, I have decided to go on with this project whether or not I have other musicians around me. I, Symptom will not retire or break up until I die. But it's not necessarily a one-man project, nowadays I'm working together with an awesome keyboard player Bálint Jankó from the band Clayfeet."
