SIERPES - Debut Full Lenght Out Soon, Two Tracks Streaming

Latin American old school oriented black/speed metal duo Sierpes will release on 9th June via Morbid Skull Records their debut album entitled Visiones Caóticas. The band emerged in 2015 at the south of Colombia in the cold lands of Pasto, influenced by bands like Hellhammer, Inferno, Destruction, Aura Noir, Celtic Frost, Root, Sarcophagus, Sodom, Slayer and the likes. A year after the formation, the duo offered a four-track demo release, which was initially released by Tanatofobia Productions and later re-issued by Morbid Skull Records.
This debut full-lenght opus, Visiones Caóticas, contains nine tracks of crude and powerful black/speed/thrash metal, in the vein of the old school European and South American black metal, touched by two demons who execute this macabre piece of total destruction for the maniacs and addicts of extreme metal. It includes a cover of Colombian demonic act Typhon. Melissa's intense witch thrashing drum and vocal efforts, and Muerto's hatred fueled demon invoking riffs and bestial slaps are just not some insipid imitation of the ancient glories, rather they should be regarded as the enthralling way to pay homage to the elder gods of black metal. In terms of production, the tracks are on par with the classic sounding primitive black metal releases. Listen to the tracks "Visión Caótica" and "Doctrina Pagana" in the players below and hail the gods of old school blackened metal. Link
