Sri Lanka based atmospheric black metallers A Village In Despair have release their debut EP named Village In Despair. A Village In Despair is a new band from Sri Lanka, that discusses issues faced by those living in rural parts of the country. The project features members of Sri Lankan black metal acts Plecto Aliquem Capite and Rathas. Physical copies of this the EP will be available through PRBM (UK) in August. A Village In Despair is streaming their self-titled debut EP on Bandcamp, and in the player below you can give a listen to the track "Hope And Longing". Link
