Just in time for hitting the road all over Europe Finish female fronted symphonic metal masters in Amberian Dawn premiere a brand new music video for the track "Sky Is Falling"! The track is taken from their latest album, Darkness Of Eternity, which was released in November last year through Napalm Records.
Amberian Dawn mastermind Tuomas explains on the track: “"Sky Is Falling" is a very special song for me. It represents the ABBA-metal style of which Amberian Dawn has lately been famous of. The song is heavily based on the strong keyboard riff which is introduced in the very beginning of the song. I used a lot of time polishing it since the theme/phrasing is very long. During the composing process I realized quite fast that this song would need some authentic ABBA vibe on it and especially the opening keyboard lead sound. That’s why I was in contact with Benny Andersson’s studio in Stockholm and was able to use his old ABBA-era keyboards. The song has very special feeling on it, it’s not traditional heavy metal of any kind. Maybe a new genre?” Watch the video in the player below. Link
