LABYRINTHUS NOCTIS - Third Full-Length Out Soon, Three Tracks Available For Streaming

Milan (Italy) based female fronted cosmic gothic/doom metal band Labyrinthus Noctis are just about to release their third full-length entitled Opting For The Quasi-Steady State Cosmology on 16th April via Vomit Arcanus Productions. Opting For The Quasi-Steady State Cosmology shows articulated structures as well as solid arrangements in each of its tracks.
Three chapters compose the record, so as to define the different destinations of a cosmic trip, which leads even further towards planet Mars’ core. In accordance to this five-piece band’s brilliant talent of synthesizing genres such as goth, doom, dark, folk, prog, avantgarde and electronic, the album recorded and produced by Carlo Meroni at Alpha Omega Studio (Blevio – Como) and A.D.S.R. (Milan), is made of introspective paths, expressed by the newest member of the band: Ivy and her sullen voice. Cover song "Padre Davvero" originally released by Mia Martini in 1971, is meant to be a homage to the artist, a milestone of the Italian music: placed as 13th track, it represents the Ophiuchus that completes the astrological path that Opting For The Quasi-Steady State Cosmology paves, as well as being a further demonstration of the profound expressive ability that Labyrinthus Noctis prove to be capable of.
