Hungarian atmospheric/post-black metal project Hænesy just released the debut album entitled Katruzsa. On this album you'll get six tracks of depressive, nature-close mood music. Inspired by atmospheric black metal scene, Hungarian literature, hills and mountains.
Hænesy was formed in summer of 2017 by Henrik, the lead member of the band, who decided to make a project from his own atmospheric black themes which were made at home. The first single "Gloominess" was released in October 2017. Soon after that the first EP, Mortals was released with a new English/Hungarian DSBM/atmospheric black/ambient label, Black Mourning Productions.
Hænesy didn't stay dormant and the songs for the first full length album began to prepare right after the release of Mortals EP. It was a 7-8 months of work. During this Hænesy added a new vocalist, Attila from the UK based melancholic/cinematic ambient band Twilight Of Emptiness, and Gabor, who made photos to artwork.
