French dark ambient act Moloch Conspiracy just released a new album entitled The Cave Of Metaphysical Darkness & Lights through Eighth Tower Records. This new work of one of the most interesting newcomers in dark ambient genre, Moloch Conspiracy, is a metaphysical journey into a cave. Each track draws a path into an esoteric and mysterious story related to Mesopotamian myths. Cavernous drones alternate with glacial and cinematic passages, enriched by acoustic improvisations. Meditative, darkly elegant, the Moloch Conspiracy work often touches the impalpable consistency of avant-garde music.
Moloch Conspiracy was joined by two guests on this release, Uunslit performed the vocals on the track "Apsû", and Niculta is responsible for instrumental mix and treatments on "The Awful Ritual".
