Swedish post-punk band Rotten Mind will release their third album entitled Fading Into Oblivion on 7th September through Lövely Records. Their music is a blend of punk and post-punk with a dose of darkness. If you're a fan of acts like Iceage, Metz, Crusades, Christian Death, T.S.O.L. or High Tension Wires then you'll dig these guys. Their latest record maintains the punk roots of their first record while channeling a darker more new wave sound.
Rotten Mind started in 2015 and recorded their debut album I'm Alone Even With You after just three months. Since then the band has tried to stay at the roads as much as possible. Most countries in Europe have been visited and the band has also toured Australia. The band has since then recorded and released a darker and more introvert same-titled second album, released by Lövely Records in 2017. During fall 2018, the band returns with their third album Fading Into Oblivion. Recorded and produced by Lars Kennhed at Communichaos the third album holds both the raw punk vibes from the band's debut as well as a darker and more new wave feeling. The band have been endlessly touring and have turned into one of the best live acts from Sweden, holding a captivating presence that leaves no one unaffected.
